150 g ricotta cheese |
100 g Greek yogurt |
1 banana |
1 tbsp oatmeal |
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) |

Preparation
- For the dessert base, add half a banana to the glass and mash with a fork.
- Then add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and mix it with the crushed banana.
- To prepare the white cream, first mash the other half of the banana in a separate bowl, then add ricotta cheese and Greek yogurt.
- Sweeten with a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Additionally, for a richer taste, add one tablespoon of vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients briefly until you get a fine white cream.
- Add the white cream to the glass, on top of the previously prepared base of oats and bananas.
- Finally, sprinkle the snow dessert with a pinch of cinnamon.
What makes winter special is the beautiful snowy idyll. But even when we are not surrounded by white snowflakes, we can enjoy a delicious and refreshing snow dessert.
