Preparation
- To prepare the base of the dessert, pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it up. Add ground hazelnuts, a piece of dark chocolate, and a teaspoon of rum. Stir briefly until everything is combined, then turn off the heat. Transfer the prepared mixture into a glass.
- To prepare semolina, pour 300 ml of milk into a small pot and heat it. When it boils, gradually add 2 tablespoons of semolina while stirring, and continue to stir for about 3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Turn off the heat, then mix in the wild berries and 1 tablespoon of honey or another healthy sweetener. Pour the semolina into the glass over the previously prepared base.
- Finally, prepare the forest fruit dressing by pouring about 30 ml of water into the pot and adding 40g of forest fruit. When it boils, gradually add 1 teaspoon of semolina while stirring, and continue to stir for about 1 minute until the mixture thickens. Turn off the heat and mix in half a teaspoon of honey or another healthy sweetener. Pour the dressing into the glass over the previously added semolina.
- Additionally, you can add a few pieces of chopped hazelnut and dark chocolate over the dressing.
